Currently, the Fault Type question in Custom Service Request has a fixed system name and cannot be renamed like other custom questions. While the system needs to recognize it as a Fault Type for categorization and workflows, users should have the flexibility to rename the displayed question for better alignment with their internal terminology or user preferences. Proposed Functionality: Allow users to set a custom label for the Fault Type question while maintaining its system mapping. Currently, the "Items to Order" question type does not allow images to be attached alongside the items listed. Requestors can only see item names without any accompanying visuals, which can lead to confusion, misordering, or a lack of clarity in identifying the correct items. [NIE x Certis]

Add a setting to the Date/Time field type that allows admins to define a minimum lead time for selectable dates—e.g., the selected event date must be at least 3 days in advance from the current/request date. [NIE x Certis]
