May we kindly ask if it's possible to include the CASE ID as a clickable link each time it is mentioned in our requests? This would help ensure easier tracking and quick access to the relevant cases. Thank you for your consideration.

Allow admin/manager to edit the “Request By” name field in Request after submission. This is useful in cases where there was a typo or incorrect entry during the initial submission. [CPG]

Currentlly, it is possible to set Due Dates for each Request, but this is manually done for each request. Suggest for each Request Type, allow setting an expected rectification period, so that the Due Date will be automatically set for each Request of that type

Currently, when exporting Service Request data to CSV, all fields are included, even those that are left empty due to conditional logic or optional responses. This results in cluttered export files with many unnecessary blank responses in the description column. Requested Enhancement: Add an option to exclude fields with no data in the CSV export. Ideally, this can be a toggle setting when exporting, e.g., “Exclude empty fields.” Use Case: This improves the readability and cleanliness of exported data and makes it easier for users to analyze relevant responses especially when forms include dynamic questions shown only based on certain conditions. Allow certain request types to be automatically marked as “Completed” immediately after submission, without requiring processing or manual intervention. [Primech]

Enable admins and managers to customize or filter which request types trigger push notifications (e.g., only feedback-related requests). Current Behavior: Admins and Managers receive push notifications for all new requests. Responders only receive push notifications for requests assigned to them. [Primech]

Is it possible to add internal accounts even if they haven't scanned the QR Code for the Viber account? Currently, only requestors are assigned tags. However, I would like to use the form internally within our team as well. This is because, in the customized form settings, I’m unable to tag those who are handling the accounts.

Would it be possible to include the requestor's tag when exporting all requests? This would make it easier to sort and filter the data based on the company they are associated with or connected to. Having this information readily available in the export file would help streamline the tracking and organization of requests by company.

Enable a setting where the original (parent) request — such as a fault report — is automatically marked as "Closed" or "Completed" once the linked request (e.g., work order or follow-up action) is completed. Example Use Case: A user submits a fault report about a door drop. A work request is created and linked to this fault report. Once the work request is completed and closed, the original fault report should automatically close as well. [CPG]
