The RFQ module should support a structured review workflow where vendor quotations are first evaluated by the MA before final selection by the Manager. This ensures that only qualified vendors are escalated for management decision. For example: An RFQ may receive multiple vendor submissions. The MA reviews all responses and shortlists the top three vendors for management consideration. Suggested enhancement: Allow RFQs to follow a two-step evaluation workflow, where the MA performs the initial review and shortlisting. The MA should be able to select and submit a shortlist of the top three vendors from the received quotations. Once the shortlist is submitted, the system should automatically notify the Manager. The notification should appear via mobile notification and/or dashboard alert. The Manager can then review the shortlisted vendors and make the final selection.
