Feature Requests

The Request Data page does not currently provide a breakdown of requests by asset. While users can view requests linked to individual assets, there is no consolidated reporting view that summarizes request counts per asset. [Strides]

Introduce a reporting view that highlights Preventive Maintenance (PM) checklists that have resulted in corrective requests or work orders. The report should: Identify which checklists triggered one or more corrective requests. Display the number of corrective requests linked to each checklist. Show the current status breakdown of these requests (e.g., Open, In Progress, Closed). This will help maintenance teams track follow-ups from PM, monitor closure rates, and improve accountability and planning. [Strides]

Currently, the checklist summary on the checklist data page does not differentiate between: Completed planned (scheduled) checklists Completed unplanned checklists (created without recurrence) To have a breakdown on the same page to show how many completed checklists were scheduled versus how many were non-scheduled. This would be useful to highlight cases where additional tasks were created and completed beyond the planned schedule, providing better visibility into both routine and unplanned/ad-hoc work. To filter the data breakdown by customers. Total number of leases per customer Total lease value (rates/amounts) per customer Lease duration trends per customer Active vs expired leases per customer --- Active vs Expired Leases: A pie chart showing the proportion of currently active leases versus those that have expired. Lease Duration Trend: A line graph tracking the average lease duration (in months) over the past several months.

Total leases per location Occupancy rates by location Total rental income from each tagged area Lease end dates grouped by location These insights support space utilization planning, localized maintenance budgeting, and revenue forecasting by site.

Total number and value of leases by label category Trends in short-term vs long-term leases Revenue generated from different lease types This adds reporting flexibility and supports better decision-making on lease strategy, pricing models, and resource allocation.

Allow users to filter the Monthly KPI table before exporting to CSV. Requested Filters: Date Range: Select custom date periods instead of being limited to full months KPI Name: Filter by specific KPI metrics (e.g. average response time, % completed on time) Current Limitation: Users can only export the full KPI table without any filtering, which makes it harder to analyze or share specific metrics.
