Can we have statistics to show Managers on the "Review of Checklist?" The current statistics only show them completing the inspections and do not show the number of inspection checklists that were reviewed by the Manager.

Currently, there are not statistics data for Deliveries feature, making it difficult to track and analyze delivery activity. To have delivery data for the following insights: Overview of received and picked-up deliveries, with daily, weekly, and monthly breakdowns. A tracking system for pending deliveries, showing how long they have been left uncollected (e.g., number of days pending). Statistics on recipients who have picked up their deliveries, including a breakdown by recipient. [foodpanda]

Currently one KPI can only monitor 1 priority level.

Display a breakdown by parent checklist to track the progress of child checklists, showing how many are in pending, processing, or completed status. [CPG]

To view meter data with monthly percentage usage comparisons. This functionality would allow managers to easily identify trends by showing the percentage increase or decrease in usage for the current month compared to the previous month. This enhancement would provide: 1) Usage Insights: Clear visibility into consumption trends over time. 2) Performance Monitoring: Identify spikes or reductions in usage to investigate potential causes. 3) Data-Driven Decision-Making: Enable managers to act on usage patterns to improve efficiency. Currently you cannot create KPIs for fault sub types. [KINEX x UOL]

Certain requests may require additional time to resolve, which can impact their SLA and overall KPIs. Introducing the ability to pause or place a request 'on hold' without affecting its KPI would be a valuable enhancement. [ALR]

Currently, with over 80 spaces, for example, it becomes challenging to navigate through all of them with the existing display. Introducing a filter option to sort or search spaces by their names would allow managers to easily identify and monitor specific spaces they want to focus on. Currently, in Meter Data > Chart, you can view readings from different meters in the chart. However, managers would like the ability to auto calculate the combined readings from the same meters. [UOL x Odeon]

The system currently displays data in a Donut chart, but users would like the option to select other chart types such as Histogram, Column, Pie, Bar/Stacked Bar Chart, Area, or even a Combo chart. This request applies particularly to Request Data, Checklist Data, and Meter Data.
