Feature Requests

We propose the ability to pre-select both fault types and request types that requestors can choose when scanning QR web forms. Currently, the system allows for the pre-selection of service request types only. While the "All Fault Types" QR code displays all fault and request types, the current configuration does not allow flexibility in pre-selecting specific fault AND service types. Enabling this feature would significantly enhance the user experience and streamline the request and reporting process. [WNS]
