Feature Requests

Currently, FacilityBot recognizes the instance and role of a user based on their sign-in email address. However, each email address can only be linked to one instance / role. An "Account Switcher" UI will be useful for those users with multiple FacilityBot accounts. If an email address is linked to multiple FacilityBot accounts, show a switcher to allow user to switch (i.e. sign in / out) between multiple accounts

In the current setup, only users from messaging channels or designated “Requestor” accounts can be tagged using the Requestor Tags feature. However, managers and responders—who can also submit requests themselves—cannot be tagged as requestors. For ALR - They want certain service request forms to be visible only to specific requestor tags. In their setup, each department will have its own requestor tag and corresponding service form. Only the respective department's requestors (via the requestor portal) should see their assigned form. [ALR]

Unlike the requestor accounts, we cannot delete requestors who have interacted with FacilityBot. [NPS]
