Allow geolocation data captured during Preventive Maintenance (PM) checklist execution to be recorded in the Attendance module. When a responder selects their location or uses the geolocation capture function within a checklist, the system should automatically log the responder’s presence and timestamp into Attendance. Current Situation: Responders can capture geolocation inside checklists, but this data is not reflected in Attendance. Attendance currently does not track the responder’s movement during task execution, only at clock-in/out (if used). [Strides]

An import function to upload sites with coordinates in bulk. Uses: Geolocation tagging when technician selects their location - to auto delect the site their in. [Strides]

Shared Device Mode: Ability to use a shared device or all staff to check in/out. [Primech x RP]

A feature to send email alerts/reminders to staff before their shift starts (e.g., a day or a few hours in advance). [Cencon]

Currently, if an employee forgets to check out for that day, the entry will remain open in the system until the person checks out, usually when he realises on the following day during check-in time. This should be configured to have a cut-off after at most 13 hours upon check-in and leave a blank in the record if not checked out. This will ensure clarity on the following entry for the user not to think he has already checked in.
