Feature Requests

To provide an optional Remarks field during both Check-In and Check-Out, so users can add context (e.g., reason for late arrival, site condition notes, or shift handover details, or overtime). This would improve communication, accountability, and record-keeping for attendance logs. [Singapore Swimming Club]

Currently, in the mobile app, the Attendance feature only allows photos to be taken during Check-In, but not during Check-Out. It would be useful to also enable photo capture at Check-Out, ensuring better accountability and verification of staff attendance. [Singapore Swimming Club]

Shared Device Mode: Ability to use a shared device or all staff to check in/out. [Primech x RP]

A feature to send email alerts/reminders to staff before their shift starts (e.g., a day or a few hours in advance). [Cencon]

Currently, if an employee forgets to check out for that day, the entry will remain open in the system until the person checks out, usually when he realises on the following day during check-in time. This should be configured to have a cut-off after at most 13 hours upon check-in and leave a blank in the record if not checked out. This will ensure clarity on the following entry for the user not to think he has already checked in.
