To have the ability to send a copy of the approved PTW to someone via email [UOL x Odeon]

an option to assign approvers or endorsers at each workflow step using email, allowing non-FacilityBot users to participate in the approval process. Currently, only FacilityBot account holders (Admins/Managers/Responders) can approve or endorse at each step. Introduce the ability to generate a unique QR code or link for each permit type, allowing managers to easily share these with applicants. Currently, managers need to invite applicants via email, but having a shareable QR code or link would streamline the permit application process. [UOL]

When creating permit types, the dropdown menu currently displays all checklists, including those unrelated to permits. Adding the ability to filter checklists based on permit types or labels would make it easier for managers to find the relevant checklists when setting up new permits.

Once applicant has submitted a change request in Permit to Work, there is no notification received for the back office admin

Currently, there is limited flexibility in allowing designated responders and managers to complete specific sections of the checklist at different stages of the process. Propose the implementation of enhanced checklist completion control, which would allow for designated responders to complete specific sections of the checklist in the initial stage, with subsequent sections reserved for completion by managers in later stages of the process. And to introduce a toggle functionality within the Permit to Work interface, enabling users to designate which sections of the checklist are accessible for completion at each stage of the process. By providing this level of control, FacilityBot users can ensure that the appropriate personnel are responsible for completing relevant sections of the checklist based on the stage of the Permit to Work process.
