For field services, including software maintenance, customer credentials or important notes are often required and stored in the customer database. Currently, there is no dedicated place to capture such remarks in the customer record, nor to display them conveniently in the overview table. Suggested enhancement: Allow additional custom fields so that manager can additional information including remarks Add a “Remark” field in the Customer Details section to store important notes or credentials. Display the remark in the customer overview table for easy reference by field service or maintenance staff. Ensure the field supports sufficient text length for detailed notes.
