Feature Requests

Introduce a setting that allows managers to define a maximum number of active bookings a requestor can have at any given time / for specific facilities / for all facilities. This feature would help prevent overbooking and ensure fair access to shared facilities. Benefits: Prevents individual users from monopolizing facility bookings. Ensures more equitable access to shared spaces. Reduces the need for manual intervention in managing excessive bookings.

To accommodate bookings beyond a single day. Presently, the Facilities Booking feature supports reservations for one day only. To better align with the diverse needs of our users, we suggest extending the booking duration. This would be particularly beneficial for meetings, events, or activities spanning multiple days or the entire week.

when editing "Facility" the booking form has a start date with start time and end time. Some bookings are done over a week or longer. We can add a separate start date and start time , then end date with end time for easy to manage [kerveshen Bhagwandin - WNS South Africa FacilityBot]

Currently, the CSV export for Facility only shows a summary, rather than the detailed line items of each facility booking. [BCA] [NPS]

Currently there is no data to show the breakdown of facility bookings by location tags

Instead of instant approval, bookings for selective facilities will be routed to a manager for approval before confirmation.
