Feature Requests

Issue: Include Manually Created Requestor Accounts in Broadcast Recipients Request: Allow manually registered requestor accounts under Account Settings to be selected as recipients when sending broadcasts. Background: The client transitioned from Viber to email-based accounts and registered authorized tenant Points of Contact (POCs) as requestors. These POCs coordinate requests on behalf of tenants, contractors, and subcontractors to improve security and ensure proper request authorization. Expected Outcome: Enable broadcasts to reach manually created requestor accounts, allowing announcements to be sent directly to authorized tenant POCs.

Option to send Photo/Images to Requestors

Adding or upload images to broadcasts makes messages clearer, more engaging, and professional, enhancing communication and brand identity in Viber with captions or description. Thank you

Currently, the broadcast-to-email function for requests is only accessible through the Admin/Manager web portals. Extending this functionality to the Requestor and Responder portals would enable users to 'CC' relevant issues to other parties, ensuring proper acknowledgment and communication with all stakeholders. I would like to inquire about the possibility of adding an individual email option to the Broadcast feature as we will use this Broadcast feature to communicate with our sub-tenants. Could this option be added to the Broadcast feature, or are there other solutions available for sending one-to-one emails within the system?
