Currently, the "Pending" page for checklists does not display who is assigned to sign off on checklists that require review. While the parent checklist page does show this information, managers have no visibility from the pending checklist view. Proposed Enhancement: Add a "Sign Off By" column to the Checklist Pending Page, similar to the parent checklist view. Introduce the ability to attach instructional images or pictograms to individual checklist questions. These visuals would provide clear, immediate references for responders to understand what element they are checking, inspecting, or validating. [Primech]

The function to "select all" instead of selecting one by one for multiple choice responses for checklists and service request forms. [Primech]

"Date Blockout" setting under Checklist configuration to allow managers to specify dates or date ranges (e.g., public holidays, shutdown periods) during which checklists should not be generated or assigned. We are requesting for a 10% sampling feature for the checklists for Quality Control. This checklist is to be reviewed by another manager after all has been verified.

Currently, to initiate ad-hoc checklists in the Mobile App, responders are required to scan a QR code each time. This can be cumbersome, especially when the same checklist is frequently used across different locations or scenarios. Proposed Enhancement: Introduce a “Ready-to-Create” checklist feature within the Mobile App: (1) Allow managers/admins to pre-configure specific checklists as available-to-create checklists in the Mobile App. (2) Responders can easily select and create these checklists from a list, without the need to scan a QR code. (2) Managers can configure which checklists are available to which responders (e.g., by role, location, or tag). [Primech] [PA]

A function in Checklists that allows users to bulk download Ad-hoc QR codes for checklists. Instead of manually downloading QR codes one by one for each checklist, users can select multiple checklists and generate/download their corresponding QR codes in a single action. [Primech]

Currently, under the Checklist Review Page, users can view the percentage score of each completed checklist. However, there is no indication of the threshold value set for that checklist. Separately in Checklist Data the overview does not show how many checklists meet or fall below the threshold by labels Propose to show: (1) How many checklists met or exceeded the threshold. (2) How many checklists fell below the threshold. (3) Allow filters for time period, location tags, responders, and checklist labels to provide more targeted insights. [Primech]

Currently, single-choice response fields do not support free-text input, limiting staff to selecting only from predefined options. This enhancement would allow users to enter a custom response when none of the listed choices apply. Perhaps instead of adding a free text response below the single choice options, add an "Other" option in single-choice fields that, when selected, enables a free-text input box.
