Currently, to initiate ad-hoc checklists in the Mobile App, responders are required to scan a QR code each time. This can be cumbersome, especially when the same checklist is frequently used across different locations or scenarios. Proposed Enhancement: Introduce a “Ready-to-Create” checklist feature within the Mobile App: (1) Allow managers/admins to pre-configure specific checklists as available-to-create checklists in the Mobile App. (2) Responders can easily select and create these checklists from a list, without the need to scan a QR code.
