In the Review tab of the Checklist module, the user interface can be confusing. Many users mistakenly believe that the "Status" column is where they update the checklist to “Complete,” when in fact it is meant to change the status back to “Pending.”

Enhance the Ready-to-Create Checklists feature by allowing checklist visibility to be restricted by specific accounts, similar to how the Schedule of Rates (SOR) visibility is configured. Current Behavior: Ready-to-Create checklists are made available to all accounts when enabled. Proposed Enhancement: Introduce the option to select which accounts can view and access specific Ready-to-Create (adhoc)checklists from the mobile app. [Primech]

Add the functionality to differentiate colors for pass and fail percentages in checklists on both the Web Portal and Mobile App. [Primech]

Enable users to filter completed checklists by score range (e.g., passing scores, failing scores, or any specific score range) in the Web Portal. Currently, the "Pending" page for checklists does not display who is assigned to sign off on checklists that require review. While the parent checklist page does show this information, managers have no visibility from the pending checklist view. Proposed Enhancement: Add a "Sign Off By" column to the Checklist Pending Page, similar to the parent checklist view. Introduce the ability to attach instructional images or pictograms to individual checklist questions. These visuals would provide clear, immediate references for responders to understand what element they are checking, inspecting, or validating. [Primech]

"Date Blockout" setting under Checklist configuration to allow managers to specify dates or date ranges (e.g., public holidays, shutdown periods) during which checklists should not be generated or assigned.
