Currently, there's no way to export the visitor detail data from the sign in / custom form [OJJ Foods]

Enable photo capture using a tablet during visitor check-in. Allow visitors to take a photo as part of the self-check-in process on a tablet The captured photo should: -Be sent to the host via email for easy identification and verification -Be printed on the visitor badge for enhanced security and on-site visibility [Shiseido]

A setting that allows the FacilityBot to send automated alerts or reminders to the host/account prior to the visitor’s arrival. Key Functions: Configure notification timing (e.g., 1 hour before, 1 day before, etc.) Send via preferred communication channels (email, or push notification) Option to customize message content for each notification

To have custom labels or color codes to visually differentiate between different visitor types (e.g., VIP guests, vendors, contractors, delivery personnel, etc.) in the calendar view.

The ability to send automated alert notifications to visitors and/or hosts a specified number of days or minutes before a confirmed visit. Allow hosts/managers to configure alert notification settings (e.g., send alerts X days/minutes before the visit). Send email or in-app notifications to visitors and/or hosts based on the configured settings. Include relevant visit details in the alert notifications (date, time, location).

Implement automatic notifications to hosts and visitors regarding RSVP responses and visit updates, with the added functionality for managers to specify the host email address for each invitation. Host Selection: Add a field within the visitor invitation creation form where managers can input the host's email address. Provide an option to select the host from a list of existing FacilityBot accounts (similar to the deliveries module). If no specific host email is provided, default to the FacilityBot account of the user creating the invitation (optional).

Implement an RSVP (Respond) functionality within the visitor email invitations sent from the system. This feature would allow invited visitors to confirm or decline their attendance directly from the email.

Similar to Deliveries, the client would like to know if it’s possible for visitors to select their host from a list of requestors. Upon the guest's arrival, the host would receive a push notification through a messaging channel like Slack. [foodpanda]

Have a QR Code or allow admin to send a link to Visitors so that they can pre-register their information and sign the legal document before arrival. Pre-registered visitors will receive an email confirmation with a QR Code. Reception can scan that QR Code to mark their arrival time
