I attempted to add images to the FAQ configuration, however, the images are not rendering during testing on the AGILA Bot (Viber). Based on the expected behavior, the associated image should be displayed immediately after the user submits a question or sends a message to the Viber bot. At this time, the images do not appear in the bot response during test execution.
