Introduce the ability to receive a monthly summary email that consolidates all upcoming contract and license renewals into a single report. [MWS] [CBRE x NEA]

Currently you can only attach pdf as an attachment. [CBRE x NEA]

Allow managers/admins to create dropdown-type custom fields, with the ability to: Define predefined selectable options Set single-select (and optionally multi-select) values Use these fields for filtering and reporting [CBRE x NEA]

Allow managers to: Upload attachments when changing the status or renewal stage of a License or Contract Have these attachments recorded together with the status update in the History/Audit Log View and download the attached documents directly from the corresponding history entry [CBRE x NEA]

1) Expiry Status Indicators Automatically flag licenses and contracts as: -> Expiring (configurable timeframe, e.g., 30/60/90 days before expiry) -> Expired Use visual indicators (e.g., color coding, status labels, or badges) 2) Automated Reminders (expired but not renewed) Send automated email -> X days before expiry (configurable) -> On the expiry date or -> After expiry (if not renewed) Allow assignment of responsible accounts to receive reminders? Introduce a calendar view that displays expiry dates and reminders for licenses and contracts. Users should be able to filter by date ranges (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) to easily monitor upcoming deadlines. [Guthrie x PA]

The ability to import multiple pdf attachments to contracts and licenses. Currently these features only allow 1 attachment. [Sentron]

Please if you could add the feature, Please add DROP DOWN LIST from the licenses TAB. Writing the email can be an issue often time. PLEASE do make it convenient for your users.
