Can we create a separate setting for the webchat? We're planning to publish the FacilityBot WebChat on our website so that visitors can ask questions. However, we'd like to separate internal requests from public inquiries for privacy reasons, as we do not allow walk-ins. All visitor entry, gatepass, and pull-out requests must come directly from the subtenants, and we want to ensure that communication regarding these matters is strictly between us and them. That’s why we prefer that the webchat options remain for internal use only. For website visitors, the only thing they should see are the FAQs or a way to submit general questions. We'll also prepare a set of FAQs specific to Agila Subic to assist with common inquiries. Is this setup possible?
