I would like to request the addition of a “Multiple Dates” field in the system. This will allow users to input more than one date per request, making it easier to track entries that span multiple days

We would like to propose a FacilityBot enhancement to improve security verification for completed requests. The feature will generate a unique QR Code for each approved and completed request, which will be sent to the requestor via email or Viber. Security personnel can scan the QR Code to automatically view all relevant request details, including Case ID, request type, requestor name, status, and validity period. This feature aims to: Streamline security verification for completed requests Reduce errors and delays from manual checking Provide a clear, digital record for each request Ensure only approved and valid requests are honored The feature concept is inspired by the Asset module scan to instantly view details but applied specifically for request verification at security checkpoints, ensuring faster and more efficient operations.

This applies when the requestor uses Viber > Service Request > Inventory Request, which is where the online request form is located. Once a request is initiated, the Items to Order will automatically appear. We would like to enhance this by adding a search bar, allowing requestors to easily search for a specific item and simply input the quantity they need.

Enable embedding or attaching an external link at every stage of the Request flow, across all statuses. This means that at each status (custom statuses), responders will see a clickable link that redirects them to an external site or system when needed. To include Requestor Name field in the service request form. Currently this field is not available as a field option in the form builder.

When downloading or generating a PDF file for a service request/fault report, any linked checklists or other service request form should be included in the next pages of the PDF file.

Enable Custom Service Request forms to support a structured layout similar to PTW/checklist, including: Section headers / titles to organize groups of fields Ability to group related questions under each section Optional multi-step / collapsible section layout for long or complex forms. [OMB]

Enable the form to perform basic math calculations — for example, automatically computing the duration (in hours or days) based on the selected start and end dates. This would be useful for scenarios like event bookings, permit applications, or service durations where users need to know the total time automatically without manual calculation. Enable the “Items to Order” feature to be directly linked to the Parts module so that stock levels are automatically updated when orders are fulfilled. Proposed Functionality: When a requestor orders items through the “Items to Order” field: The system checks current stock quantity from the Parts inventory and displays it to the requestor. Upon request completion or approval, the quantity of the ordered items is automatically deducted from the linked part in the inventory.
