who is asking for this Ferdinand Vilo? Why do they need it? Who would be allowed to edit description after it was submitted (admin? manager? the person who submitted? anyone with access?)

Typically, for audit trial purposes, we recommend that if the description was submitted in error, that Notes be added rather than overwriting the description
