Need meaningful insights into responders’ performance, especially those involved during the Processing stage using custom statuses.
Current Limitation:
Responder activities (e.g., time taken during Processing, status updates, work completion before final approval) are not captured in the statistical view, making it hard to evaluate responder performance.
