Hi FacilityBot, Thanks for creating this multiple child checklist, we can now create 1 checklist tag to multiple assets of the same category and this is very useful without the need to create multiple repeated checklists. However, when the checklist is now created via the multiple child option, we are only able to view the Asset ID (in numerical forms) without understand where the exact location of it. We can click the Asset ID to review the details of it but will need to scroll through a sea of Asset to view the actual description. Would it be possible to either: 1) When click onto the "asset ID", present only the specific Asset ID without showing the rest OR 2) Pull out 2 data field such as "Location" and "Location Detail" and present them directly on the checklist just below the Asset ID?

Facilities Feature This feature offers an overview of facility bookings, enabling administrators to manage reservations seamlessly. It allows for easy booking creation, modification, or cancellation, ensuring efficient facility utilization. Permit to Work Feature This feature streamlines the permit process by providing a clear interface for viewing, managing, and approving requests, ensuring quick action and operational compliance. Allow managers to change the status of checklists under review from "Processing" to "Pending" within the mobile app, similar to the functionality available on the web portal. This would enable managers to request changes more efficiently while on the go.

Allow the mobile app to send push notifications to responders when a request has been pending for a specified amount of time. Currently, alerts can only be sent via email or by reassigning the request to a different account. However, reassigning to the same responder does not trigger a push notification or alert, which limits timely follow-ups. [Lima Airport x Fraport]

Currently, in FacilityBot, the account or responder who creates the Schedule of Rates (SOR) from a request does not receive notifications regarding the status of the SOR—whether it has been approved or rejected. Implementing an alert or push notification system, along with an "Approved SOR" label on the request, will keep technicians informed about when they can commence work on a work order. Proposed Features: Push Notifications: Send alerts to the technician's account when their SOR is approved or rejected. Approved SOR Label: Visually indicate the status of the SOR directly on the request to enhance clarity.

The addition of a feature that allows users to select the 'fault type' after a case (Custom Request) has been submitted. Many users are onsite without access to a laptop and only have their mobile phones, so this feature would enable them to update information anytime, anywhere.

Managers can use the FacilityBot mobile app to take and upload pictures of the parcel for staff to collect. [Foodpanda]
