In the Custom PDF feature, it would be helpful to include fields for Processing Date & Time and Completion Date & Time. Currently, these timestamps are not available for mapping in the fillable PDF configuration, limiting the completeness of the generated reports. Adding support for these fields will allow users to produce more accurate and comprehensive PDFs that reflect key workflow milestones. [Princeton DG]

Users wish to export the CSV file with the data segregated accordingly.

Current Behavior: When uploading requests via CSV Import, all imported requests are automatically set to Pending status, regardless of their actual status prior to import. Requested Enhancement: Allow CSV Import to retain and apply the original request status during import. This can be achieved by adding a “Status” column in the CSV template, where the user can specify the request's state (e.g., Pending, In Progress, Completed, Canceled). [Princeton DG]
