An option to not display empty fields in Default PDF report. This will ensure that the report is concise and will not display unnecessary info. [ALR]

To include timestamps for custom processing statuses. A timestamp column for each custom status in the request CSV export so that the manager can use this information to distinguish internal processing time vs external delays. [WNS]

Currently Admins and Managers receive push notifications for ALL requests created even though they're not assigned to them. While they can see all requests created, they should only receive push notifications only for requests assigned to them. [ebridge]

Kindly include a search bar for the items to order response field in a service request form. So instead of scrolling up and down the list of options, requestors can type in their item of choice.

When viewed from the Web portal, the ordered items are listed in a paragraph form. Client requests to have the items listed in numbered/bullet form which also shows the (1) quantity ordered per item (2) individual prices per item

Allow managers to export checklist responses linked to requests as a CSV export (for data analysis and reporting) and as a downloadable checklist file directly from the request. When a request has a linked checklist, managers are unable to extract the checklist form responses in a CSV format. Additionally, there is currently no option to download the linked checklist data directly from the request. [OJJ Foods]
