The extracted CSV for the Service Request currently displays all information under a single "Description" column instead of categorizing it into distinct columns corresponding to different aspects of the Service Request.

Due to the configurable nature of Service Requests, there will be too many columns. Say there are 10 Service Request Types each with 10 fields each. The excel will have 100 additional columns because there may be 1 request of each of the 10 service request types in the CSV download
