In the Custom PDF feature, it would be helpful to include fields for Processing Date & Time and Completion Date & Time.

Currently, these timestamps are not available for mapping in the fillable PDF configuration, limiting the completeness of the generated reports.

Adding support for these fields will allow users to produce more accurate and comprehensive PDFs that reflect key workflow milestones.
