To display a detailed breakdown of the different request types directly on the main request data dashboard. This should provide an overview of total requests categorized as pending, processing, completed, and canceled, with a clear breakdown by each request type for better visibility and tracking. The ability for manager to add validity periods to completed PTW for tracking purposes. Permits have expiring dates, and it'd be useful for managers to track their validity on the permit page. [UOL x ODEON]

To have images uploaded to the Multi-image/video question to display under Fault Images and in PDF report. Currently on the image uploaded to the single image question will display under Fault Images and in PDF report. [SMRT Buses]

Currently, the Permit to Work (PTW) feature is only accessible through the Admin/Manager and Requestor Web Portals. It would be beneficial to extend this functionality to the Responder Web Portal.

We require all of our assets to be audited once in every year manually, intent is to automate it with this feature. If we can get the assets latest QR code scan detail 'Date & Time' & 'Scanned By' column in CSV the entire asset audit requirement can be automated. This is a mandatory requirement for us as we have more than 11,000 assets which required to be audited every year. We have responders who would in essence attend to tickets and checklists but we also have managers who will attend to certain tickets and checklists from a different tier and escalation pov. For checklists in specific, we have noticed that "review" can only be assigned to manager and "assign" can only be assigned to responder. For our manager roles, we would like to have the ability to assign this to them as well for the higher tier checklists - due to this restriction we aren't able to go-live on the "review" option for checklist as we would have to stop assigning higher tier checklists to managers.

To freeze the date and time header in the Schedules module. This would ensure that when managers scroll down through the list of responders, the top date and time header remains visible, making it easier to assign tasks to responders without losing sight of the relevant date and time. This feature would enhance accuracy and efficiency in task scheduling. [Sentron]
