Feature Requests

Currently, we can (a) Create a Corrective Request (but only when the Request is Complete ) (b) Link to another Request (but this is a 2 step process (i) Create New Request (ii) Link Request) It would be helpful to have an option to do both steps in (b) simultaneously (i.e. create a new request - even if current request is not complete - which is link to the current request)

Currently, conditional logics are only supported for single-choice questions but not for the system-defined Fault Type field. If users rely on the system Fault Type, they cannot apply logic-based conditions. If users create a custom Fault Type using a single-choice question (to enable logic settings), they lose access to workflow configurations tied to the system Fault Type. Currently, when exporting Requests data to CSV, all custom processing statuses are displayed as "Processing", rather than reflecting their actual custom status names. This limits visibility and makes it difficult to differentiate between various stages of request processing. [WNS]

Currently, there is no option to notify users of alerts or follow-ups within their chat conversations. Introducing an action-based trigger system would allow automated email or pop-up notifications from the Help Center. Ensures users (and agents) are promptly informed of important updates. The current Facility Booking module is primarily designed for reserving facilities, but it can also be used for other types of bookings, such as equipment, meeting rooms, or shared resources. To better reflect its versatility, renaming this feature to a more generic term would help accommodate broader use cases.

Propose adding the ability to view vendor/contractor visits on a calendar for internal monitoring purposes. Current Issue: There is currently no straightforward way to monitor and track vendor/contractor visits. Proposed Solution: Integrate a calendar view for vendor/contractor visits. This feature could be added to the existing Schedules page or implemented as a separate feature, allowing for efficient internal monitoring and management of these visits. [Kuehne+Nagel]

Display a breakdown by parent checklist to track the progress of child checklists, showing how many are in pending, processing, or completed status. [CPG]
