[Custom Service Requests] Multi-Line Free Text Fields

Enable Free Text fields to support multi-line input / paragraph formatting, similar to the Description field.
Currently, only the Description field supports multi-line input, allowing users to type paragraphs. All other Free Text fields only support a single-line entry. Since the Description field can only be used once in each form, this limits forms that require multiple long-form text responses.
Why This Is Useful:
- Some fields require detailed explanations or long descriptions.
- Users need to enter structured or multi-paragraph information in more than one field.
- Improves clarity, reduces truncated responses, and supports more complex application or request forms.
