Feature Requests

Currently, when a manager is reviewing and signing off a PTW application, the Remarks field only allows text in a single line. This limitation makes it difficult to write longer or structured feedback. It would be useful to allow input of longer text with paragraph formatting, so managers can clearly separate and organize their remarks when reviewing applications. [ALR]

Enable PTW applications to be linked to a specific vendor from the start of the process, allowing for better tracking and performance monitoring. Allow selection from a predefined vendor list or link submitted PTWs to selected vendors for reporting and performance analysis Purpose: Helps monitor vendor responsiveness and compliance Provides valuable data for vendor performance reviews Improves oversight of outsourced work activities on-site [ALR]

To Automatically display the QR code on the approved PTW view for easy scanning without extra steps Currently, the QR code for an approved PTW must be downloaded separately (in another link). [ALR]

Currently there is no function to export all of the entries in PTW. [PDD x ST]

Currently, managers can include notes and add additional attachments to approved PTWs; however, these are not visible within the approved PTW. User has requested that applicants be allowed to view the notes and additional documents added to the approved PTW. [PDD x ST]

Currently remarks are not needed when canceling PTWs

The ability for manager to add validity periods to completed PTW for tracking purposes. Permits have expiring dates, and it'd be useful for managers to track their validity on the permit page. [UOL x ODEON]
