Currently, PTW application links are generated and tied to a specific email address. This makes it restrictive for broader use cases.

It would be useful to have a generic application link that any applicant can use to apply for PTW. The form should be able to capture and populate who the applicant is (e.g., name, email) and the company they are from.

This would simplify the application process, make it easier to share access with multiple applicants, and reduce administrative effort in managing individual links.
