Currently, when a manager is reviewing and signing off a PTW application, the Remarks field only allows text in a single line. This limitation makes it difficult to write longer or structured feedback.

It would be useful to allow input of longer text with paragraph formatting, so managers can clearly separate and organize their remarks when reviewing applications.
