[Checklists][Web Portal] Display Asset Description Instead of Only Asset ID

Currently, checklists display only the Asset ID, requiring engineers to click into the asset to view its details.
Suggested Enhancement:
Show the Asset Description (or both Asset ID + Description) directly on the checklist.
Why This Helps:
- Engineers can immediately identify which asset the checklist belongs to
- Reduces time spent cross-referencing Asset IDs
