Allow the ability to add custom placeholder text in the fields of Service Request forms. This feature would provide requestors with helpful examples or guidelines, making it easier for them to accurately fill out the forms. to allow for multiple image uploads per upload field. This enhancement would streamline the process of submitting Service Requests by enabling users to attach multiple images to a single upload as we don't want to make it onerous for the requestors to keep uploading an image for every image field. To enable trigger terms for high priority in the description field for custom service request forms. This feature would be particularly useful for clients who prefer using custom service request forms for fault reporting instead of the standard fault reporting forms.

To include images from custom service requests submitted by requestors in the Request PDF reports. Currently, only the images related to processing and completion are included.

A dedicated column for descriptions in the request page, specifically for service requests. Currently, this functionality is available only for Fault Report requests.
