Approval process for cancelled requests or inspections
With an approval process, responders won't be allowed to simply cancel tickets. It would have to go into a pool for approval before cancellation.

[Requests] A setting to turn off email alerts for assignments
Currently there is not toggle to turn off email alerts for assignments. Client would only like their respondors to receive push notifications on their mobile instead of email alerts for assignments. [Novena Square x UOL]

[Requests][Filtering] Enable Filtering of Requests by Notes Content
The ability to filter requests based on the information included in the Notes section. Currently, managers can filter requests by searching for specific words or phrases within the request Description field but do not have the same capability for filtering notes. Adding this functionality would make it easier for managers to locate and manage requests with relevant notes. [Sentosa]

[Request] Enhance 'Add Note' Feature to Support 'Excel' and 'Word File' Uploads
Currently, the 'Add Note' supports PDF, image, and video file uploads. User would like to have an enhancement to also allow uploads of Excel and Word files. This improvement would greatly benefit our workflows.
