To display each uploaded image link as a separate, itemized line (e.g., bullet or numbered list) in the acknowledgement email. Currently, in the acknowledgement email, all uploaded fault images appear inline in a single sentence, making it difficult to view or count the number of images. Format the image section like this: Uploaded Images: Image Link 1 Image Link 2 Image Link 3

Currently custom processing statuses are displayed as just "processing" in the requestor’s email alert. [Certis x NIE]

FacilityBot currently supports email as a channel to make requests / fault reports ( https://blog.facilitybot.co/blog/knowledge-base/manager-web-portal/making-fault-reports-through-email/ ). However, there are limitations to using this channel since emails are unstructured and only have (a) Subject (b) Content Currently, all emails are classified as "fault reports" with no fault types. It may be possible to use Generative AI to parse the email subject / content and use this information to (a) Decide the Request Type (selecting amongst already configured Request Types) (b) For that Request Type, try to fill up the custom form that was configured for that Request Type (i.e. use unstructured free text to a fill up a form)
