Currently, the Visitor ID is too long for visitors to type in. [The Perse School]

For every visitor who walks in to the office and checks in using the visitor management system, an automatic welcome message will be sent to the email used by the visitor to check in. The welcome message can be edited on the FacilityBot Web Portal, and can include text, images, files, etc [foodpanda]

To be able to customised the interface. Eg. to add company logo, add welcome custom welcome message, change colour of interface to corporate colours, add NDA with sign off function

Requestor Web Portal and Mobile App to allow requestors to easily initiate and send visitor invitations. This functionality should enable requestors to specify visitor details, including name, contact information, purpose of visit, and desired visit date/time. [BCA Academy]
