At present, the system does not allow users to provide feedback or submit fault reports when a “good” rating is selected. However, a toilet can be in overall good condition while still having minor defects, such as a malfunctioning hand dryer. Able to provide a option for user to provide feedback when good/excellent is clicked as well? Thank you.
