The ability to group or nest accounts (managers / responders) under a single group or tag. This group could then be used for assignments, making it easier to assign requests, Permit to Work (PTW) tasks, or checklists to multiple accounts at once, instead of assigning them individually. [PDD x ST]

Features that are toggled off in the web portal are not displayed, but in the Mobile App, they (except for the Attendance) remain visible despite being switched off. It would be beneficial to ensure that when a feature is toggled off, it is not displayed in the mobile app as well, ensuring consistency across both platforms. [CPG]

Currently, users can opt to set up 2FA for themselves. For increased cybersecurity, allow the Admin to make it compulsory that all users set up 2FA

We suggest the incorporation of a QR Code Labeling feature in our CMMS solutions to enhance identification and streamline processes. Currently, downloading a batch of QR codes, such as those for assets, meters, and parts, lacks the convenience of easy identification due to the absence of labels. This becomes particularly challenging when dealing with a large number of assets. To address this, we propose the addition of a QR Code Labeling feature. This feature would enable users to automatically include labels on generated QR codes, facilitating quick and accurate identification. This enhancement aims to simplify processes and improve efficiency, especially in scenarios involving the generation of multiple QR codes. [UOL]

A feature that enables admins and portfolio admins to monitor the last login and last activity of each account from the account list/settings. This allows admins to track user activity. Admins and portfolio admins should also have the option to receive alerts or notifications when an account has remained inactive for a specified period, such as two months. This proactive feature would assist in maintaining the system's security and efficiency.
