Be able to select a meter instead of scanning QR via Mobile

Allow the mobile app to send push notifications to responders when a request has been pending for a specified amount of time. Currently, alerts can only be sent via email or by reassigning the request to a different account. However, reassigning to the same responder does not trigger a push notification or alert, which limits timely follow-ups. [Lima Airport x Fraport]

Currently, responders are only prompted to save the checklist as a draft when they click the back button. Displaying a "Save as Draft" button directly on the screen will make it clearer to responders that they have the option to save their progress at any time.

To display indicators for horizontal scrolling so that responder do not miss additional checks to complete in the checklist especially for multi / single grid choice options.

Currently, Corrective Requests can only be made for processing and completed checklists under review on the Responder web portal but not on the Mobile app (iOS) under review. For iOS, it's only for pending checklists. However, responders would like the ability to create corrective requests linked to the completed checklists (under review). [SMRT Buses]

A prompt asking responders to set their status to "available" when they log back into the FacilityBot mobile app after being set to "unavailable." This is useful as responders sometimes forget to update their status, and requests are automated to be sent only to those marked as available.

To be able to filter checklists under review by different statuses like in Web Portal. Currently we are only able to sort the status but not choose which status to ONLY display under review. [Mandai]

The current review checklist in the mobile app doesnt have meaningful filters as it only allows for "date range" and "labels". It is diffcult for Managers to review the inspection checklist as the page shows both completed and processing. Manager will scroll up and down to search for checklist that are not reviewed. This new feature request is to ask for additional filters such as "Status" and "Location Tag" so that the Managers are able to filter out due to diffierent functions.
