Currently, the Fault Reporting form has fixed fields and does not allow customization. Different clients have varying operational needs, so having more flexibility in the form layout would be beneficial. Proposed Enhancement: Add configuration options to allow administrators to: Show or Hide Specific Fields Choose which fields appear on the Fault Reporting form based on the organization’s workflow. Set Fields as Mandatory or Optional [CPG]
