Currently, when a user selects “Poor” or “Very Poor”, the follow-up display page only remains visible for about 8-9 seconds before refreshing back to the main page, even if the user has not taken any action.

It would be useful to have a setting to toggle or extend how long the follow-up page stays visible (e.g., 15 seconds, or until dismissed), so users have enough time to read and provide additional feedback.
