For field service and maintenance teams, track responders based on the account tag assigned at the time of each task. Currently, FacilityBot only reflects a staff member’s latest account tag on completed tasks and does not retain historical account tags per task. This prevents accurate tracking of responder and team performance, and limits the ability to generate reliable KPI metrics. Particularly when technicians move between teams.
Suggested Enhancement:
  • Capture and retain the team (account tag) assigned to each task at the time of completion.
  • Display historical team assignments in task details and reporting views.
  • Provide summary reports showing tasks completed by team and by individual over time.
  • Enable filtering by team or responder to support performance tracking and workload analysis.
