[Service Request] Hide Empty Fields in Request Details (for conditional logics)

Currently, after a request is created, all empty fields—including hidden ones—are displayed in the web portal or Workpal as "none", making the interface cluttered and difficult to read.
Proposed Enhancement:
- Modify the request display logic to exclude empty fields from being shown.
- Ensure that only fields with answers are visible after submission.
