[Sensors] Labels for sensors

Introduce a “Labels” or “Tags” field for each sensor in the system, allowing users to:
- Assign multiple labels (types e.g PIR, Ammonia, Jumbo Roll etc.)
- Filter or group sensors by these labels in dashboards, exports, or data views
- Improve navigation, especially for users managing hundreds of sensors
