Is it (a) Whenever Request changes from from or , then automatically create a timesheet (i.e. automated - no additional time fields need to be entered - then this is likely a new workflow) OR (b) Admin / Manager / Responder indicates the start / end time manually to create a new timesheet (in this case, likely to be a new icon to do this, or force a pop-up to do this, the latter requires a setting in Request Type)
