[Requests] Support Company Stamp in Signature Function

Allow users (managers and contractors) to upload and store a company stamp, which can be included together with a digital signature when signing requests. This could be controlled via permissions to ensure only authorized users can apply the stamp.
This is useful to better support organizations that require stamped and signed documentation for operational or contractual workflows.

Currently, when using the signature function in requests, account users are required to sign manually each time. There is no option to upload, save, or reuse a digital signature.
Allow users to upload and securely store a digital signature within their account profile, which can then be selected and applied when signing requests. Appropriate permissions and confirmation prompts can be applied to ensure intentional use.
Why This Is Helpful:
This speeds up approvals and sign-offs, improves consistency in documentation, reduces repetitive actions for frequent signers, and provides a smoother user experience - especially for managers or contractors who need to sign multiple requests daily.
