Currently, once a request is marked as Completed or Canceled, there’s no way to reopen it—managers or responders have to create a new request or a corrective request from the original.
However, a having the ability for the manager to change a closed request’s status back to "Pending." would make it easy to reassign the request to the responder for corrections, such as resubmitting a proper image or video.
This would be similar to how checklists already work, where managers can set completed/processing checklists back to "Pending" for necessary adjustments.
This feature would save time and improve flexibility in managing service requests without having to create a new ticket.
