Currently, when a request is linked to an asset and has an approved expenditure, the expenditure is not automatically associated with the linked asset.
Proposed Functionality:
  • When a request is linked to an asset, any approved expenditure should automatically be recorded under the asset's expenditure history.
  • Allow users to view, filter, and report expenditures per asset.
  • Ensure that expenditures remain linked even if the request status changes (e.g., closed, completed).
