Currently, when exporting Service Request data to CSV, all fields are included, even those that are left empty due to conditional logic or optional responses. This results in cluttered export files with many unnecessary blank responses in the description column.

Requested Enhancement:

Add an option to exclude fields with no data in the CSV export.

Ideally, this can be a toggle setting when exporting, e.g., “Exclude empty fields.”

Use Case:

This improves the readability and cleanliness of exported data and makes it easier for users to analyze relevant responses especially when forms include dynamic questions shown only based on certain conditions.
