The platform currently allows only one technician to be selected when closing a case, even when multiple technicians attend and complete the work together. This results in inaccurate manpower and resource planning data, as additional sign-offs are not reflected and only cases marked “Complete” are counted.

Allowing multiple technician selection, or an alternative way to capture all attending technicians, would improve data accuracy and reporting.
