Request to enable automated calculation and reporting of Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and asset downtime within the system.

Currently, downtime is tracked under asset statistics, but MTBF is not auto-computed.

Suggested improvement:

Auto-calculate MTBF and downtime per asset.

Display metrics in asset dashboard and analytics reports.

Option to export data for BI reporting.
