Currently, when scanning a QR Web Form linked to an Asset, the request form only displays the Asset ID and not the Asset Description. This makes it difficult for users to identify the equipment or machine associated with the QR code, especially when reporting issues.

It would be useful to display the Asset Description/Name together with the Asset ID in the QR Web Form to improve identification, usability, and accuracy during request submission or checklist completion.
