The Permit-To-Work (PTW) module should support multiple stages within a single permit, where each stage is associated with its own checklist. This allows teams to manage compliance and reporting requirements throughout the lifecycle of a permit.
For example:
A permit may require one checklist for pre-work safety compliance and another checklist for post-work service reporting.
Suggested enhancement:
  • Allow a single PTW permit to contain multiple stages (e.g., Pre-Work, Work in Progress, Post-Work).
  • Each stage should be able to link to a specific checklist.
  • Users can access and complete the checklist assigned to the current stage.
  • The next checklist is not accessible until the PTW progresses to the next stage.
  • Maintain a clear stage progression log within the permit for audit and compliance tracking.
