Current Solution: Use the “Workflow” feature to set a threshold for each part and trigger an email.

Problem: This is unscalable and inefficient, requiring a separate workflow for each part. (one by one client need to set a workflow for each "parts" added in the system

Proposed Improvement: Set thresholds directly on the “Parts” page, with workflows only acting as triggers.
